Focusing on one key aspect of the language, tones. Tones are important for the speak aspect of Chinese because a change of a tone can change the context of a sentence, which can be a challenge for beginners or early learners.
With the focus on tone the project started to experiment with how they can be utilised to focus on the different aspects of language learning.
